Jane Arnold, Co-Founder and Mike Pereira, Steering Committee Member for The Essentials Fund, joined The Mike Farwell Show to talk about the 2026 Campaign Kick-off.
They shared how The Essentials Fund got started when Jane and Allyson heard from so many charities about the need for funds to address short-term needs and day-to-day essentials that arise unexpectedly; why unrestricted funding matters so much to local charities; and how The Essentials Fund has tried to make it as easy as possible for people and charities to connect and work toward simple, grass-roots solutions.
